Description: Featured here is a prime example of a 1963 Ford Fairlane 500 Sports Coupe. This is a factory K-Code car with the 289ci HiPo engine revving out 271hp at 6000rpm. The engine has a 4-barrel carburetor with a solid lifter cam and hooker headers attached to a stainless steel dual exhaust. It was built in July of '63 in the San Jose, CA plant and then restored years later by the president of a Fairlane club using high quality Dearborn Classic parts. This sports-coupe has the authentic Corinthian White paint & Concourse Red interior consisting of bucket seats in the front, AM radio and a 4-spd Borg-Warner transmission and its original center console. It sits on factory 14" wheels with wire hubcaps and has been kept to original manual steering and drum brakes. It has been featured in numerous magazines and calendars. Bring this piece of Classic Americana to any show or drive it home and transport yourself back in the day!
