Description: You are looking at a 1955 Packard Clipper Panama. There were only 3,999 of these beautiful American Classic cars produced in 1955. Having no trouble getting around, this Clipper is powered by a 352 cubic inch V8 engine that is connected to a 3-speed automatic transmission. Other features under the hood include a 4 barrel carburetor and power steering. The front and rear bench seats have been reupholstered in a red vinyl with gray fabric inserts with a white headliner. The door panels and rear side panels are done in red and gray vinyl as well. The beautiful dash styling has a steel perforated face with large gauges, a big glove compartment, ash trays on both left and right side, and features its original AM Radio. New for the 1955 model year was the revised two-toned Red and White paint combination. The exterior showcases traditional 1950's American styling with its arch way shaped headlight indentations, rear fender skirts, electric shaver style grille, and dual rocket shaped bumper guards. The Clipper sits on 15-inch steel wheels with original Packard hubcaps that are wrapped in tall white wall tires. This rare and low production American classic belongs in any car collection or car show!
