Returns & Refund Policy

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS"

Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions or would like additional photos or videos, call or email us—we’re happy to help. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is significantly misrepresented in its listing.

Due to their fragile nature or special shipping requirements, clothing, neon signs, glass items, papier-mâché items, and oversized items requiring third-party freight shipping are generally final sale. Claims of significant misrepresentation will still be reviewed.

REPORTING AN ISSUE

If you believe your item was significantly misrepresented, email brianna@backinthedayclassics.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order information, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.

All returns must be approved before shipping. Please do not send an item back without receiving written approval and return instructions.

APPROVED RETURNS

Approved returns must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, including all parts and accessories originally provided.

The buyer is responsible for securely packing the item using appropriate protective materials and arranging prepaid, insured return shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email or phone whether a refund, exchange, or store credit has been approved.

Original shipping and handling charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit rights or protections provided by applicable law or the marketplace through which you purchased.
